Returns/ Cancellations/ Final Sale
All of our handmade clothing items are final sale, and we do not cancel orders, to protect the quality, integrity, and hygiene of our products. As a small business, each item is made to order with care, and once an order is placed, the materials are sourced and the crafting process begins. Allowing cancellations or returns would create challenges in maintaining the high standards we strive for, especially since we cannot resell returned items for hygiene and sanitary reasons. We truly appreciate your understanding, as these policies help us continue offering unique, handcrafted pieces with attention to detail and quality.
Due to hygienic and scarcity of stock I do not accept Returns or Exchanges. I will make exemptions if it is my fault, if so I will find a way to fix the top and send it back to you. We reserve the rights to not accept returns. We will not be responsible after the item is shipped out.
Cancellations can significantly impact our small business in several ways. When an order is canceled, it disrupts the production process, as we may have already sourced specific materials or dedicated time and resources to crafting the item. Additionally, cancellations reduce the ability to plan and manage our workflow efficiently. As a small business, we rely on each order to maintain consistent cash flow and meet demand, so canceling items can create financial strain. It also creates challenges in offering the level of personalized service we value, as we dedicate time and energy to every customer’s order from start to finish. To ensure we can continue delivering high-quality, handmade pieces and support our customers, we must maintain a final sale policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
